So instead of doing them factioned themed i'm just going to post all the balance passes I have at the moment in this thread. Then i'll make a seperate thread for the rest that i've missed. And maybe after that I might put them all in a single thread if it would be more helpful for anyone. Just as a reminder these changes are specifically targeted at not being major changes. The idea is to keep them playing relatively the same but just rounding them out. I don't think my suggestions are the best ones and if the devs truly wish to give more reworks instead of balance passes then that is their decision.
